13th Month Report – New Moon Sighted before Spring.

Well howdy folks! 🙂

I have gotten several reports from viewers in Israel, and we have two witnesses that the New Moon has been sighted in Israel!

The New Moon was sighted on Sunday, March 18th, 2018 therefore the first day of the next month begins starting this evening and goes through till sunset on Monday, March 19th, 2018.

Time Sighted: 6:12pm. Jerusalem, Israel

Sighted By: Yotam Marcus, Roy Hoffman…

Month: This is known as the 13th Biblical Hebrew month, also known as (Adar2) which occurs when a 13th New Moon is sighted before the Spring Equinox.

I know some of you may be thinking that this New Moon sighting starts the first  month of the year; however since this New moon was sighted before the sign of years as written in Gen 1:14 (ie. the Spring Equinox), by default this New Moon is the 13th month of the year. This is known as Adar 2 and occurs when the new moon after the 12th month is sighted before Spring has begun.  In other words, the month of Aviv must be in the Spring as determined by the sign of the Sun.

There is a video that you can watch here, for the simple explanation of the Creator’s Calendar.

I am working on another video with more explanation and answers to some of the questions that y’all have been asking about some of the reasons why there is a 13th Month this year, and how to understand how the scriptural calendar works.

If you have any questions that you would like answered, please let us know by commenting below.

We hope y’all have a very blessed month, as we start preparing for the upcoming Spring holy day season, which will occur next month!

Many Blessings,
Brother Mark Harris

why 13 months instead of twelve? if I want to know more are there writing teachings.

  1. Thank you for being one of the few groups to continue to speak and share the truth of Father YHWH. It is evident that many within the movement are following the wrong accounting of how and when the Pesah and other moadim are… thank you for heralding the truth of our Father and HIS Moshiach….

  2. Hi Mark,

    I appreciate your work here.

I’ve been keeping God’s Holy Days since for many years now. However, it was just recently I learned about the errors in the Hebrew Calendar. Thus, I looked for other ways on how to determine when will be God’s Holy Days.

So far, I’ve been seeing conflicting explanations. 🙁

Please give me a brief explanation why looking for the new moon after the spring equinox should mark the first month of the sacred year and not rely on the ripeness of barley.

I would greatly appreciate your answer. I’m really confused.

    Thank you.

    Joshua

    1. Hello Joshua!

Thank you for your questions, and for your interest in studying the Almighty’s times!
I completely understand your current confusion.

I am working on finishing up a video here soon that I pray will explain all this in greater detail, but until then, here is my simple answer!

In Genesis 1:14 it says that the lights/luminaries/ were created and given to tell the the times, the days and the years. This is how our Creator intended for us to keep track of the times, and therefore, we must follow the sun and the moon to tell the times, not anything else.

The equinox is a mark of the sun, and the New Moon sliver is a mark of the moon.

I hope this simple answer answers for now, and hopefully the video will help in greater detail! if after you watch it you have further questions, please do let me know!

      Blessings,
      Bro. Mark Harris

Just like I have been saying. How can you have a Spring Feast before Spring Equinox? Nisan has to start on the First New Moon AFTER the Spring Equinox. This is the Adar II. Read the book of Esther and I pray that the Holy Spirit will so you things to come.

Brother Mark, i would humbly bring to your attention that at my location, in Sherwood AR, we experienced 12 hours of day and night this past Shabbat which was ahead of the moon sightings. The days are now longer than the nights until fall. So i reckon it is the month if the Aviv now for me and my house.
