Thank you for your diligence to post the sightings of the New Moon and names of witnesses.
It appears you based the date of Day Of Atonement (Yom Kippur) from your original calculations when you anticipated the sighting of the New Moon to be Sunday night. It appears day 10 would be the night of September 25 going into September 26, 2023.

Leviticus 23: 26 The 10th day of the 7th month is the Day of Atonement. If Saturday night/day is day 1 (Sept. 16/17), wouldn’t Monday night/day (Sept. 25/26) be the 10th day?
