Hello Y’all!
Happy New Year!!!! 🙂
We have not received any direct reports that the New Moon was able to be sighted in Israel on Saturday, April 6th. We did get one report that someone anonymous was able to see it somewhere in Israel, but in order to declare the official New Moon we need two witnesses. Therefore, since we do not have any solid sightings from Israel, the New moon will not begin today.
Since we cannot have a month with more than 30 days, then the New Moon will begin by default at sunset on Sunday, April 7th 2019.
Passover (the 14th day of the first month) will then fall on Sunday, April 21st at evening. The first day of Unleavened Bread will be Monday, April 22nd and the Last day of Unleavened bread Sunday, April 28th.
I have updated the dates of the Feast Days and you can see them here: http://whenisthenewmoon.com/expected-feast-dates/
I will be updating more of this website soon, so thank you for your patience!
Have a great First Month, New Year, and a very blessed and happy Spring Feast season!
Shalom,
Brother Mark Harris

Thank you SO MUCH for the updates!!!
Blessings, Shalom and Happy, happy new year, and a powerfully meaningful, joyfilled Holiday to all!
Thank you for your site! I wanted to double-check the dates provided. Won’t Passover fall on the evening of the 20th and Unleavened Bread on the evening of the 21st?

The 14th day is the 21st. The first day of Unleavened Bread is the 22nd. All Hebrew days begin at sunset the day before. So to make it more clear…
Passover day (the 14th day of the first month) begins at sunset on Saturday the 20th and ends Sunday the 21st. The Night to Be Much Observed is kept the evening of the 21st going into the 22nd (the 15th day of the first month) which is the first day of Unleavened Bread! I hope that all makes it more clear for you!
Blessings!
Thank you!

I just received this report from a brother in Jordan.
“Shalom Family,
YAH, THE CREATOR, IS MY GOD AND MY ONLY SAVIOR!
I just now witnessed the New Moon Crescent on Sunday evening (4/7/19) at 7:15 PM from Jordan.Â
The Crescent was slightly elevated over the horizon but not bright enough for 2nd day in my opinion. There was too much cloud coverage to witness anything Saturday night.
I have awaited other reports but have received none.
Shalom for now.”
