Hello Folks, I have not got any updates from Israel saying that the moon was sighted, however, by default, this is the 30th day of the Month, and therefore this evening starts the New Moon.
At sunset on Friday November 9th 2018, the 8th Month began. New Moon day will be from sunset on Friday, November 9th to Sunset on Saturday, November 10th.
NOTE: If you are on a different month schedule, Please remember what month this is based on when you started the year. Thank you for your understanding!
This is known as the 8th biblical Hebrew Month also known as Kheshvan
