Oh, when I said it was only noon time, I meant of course in Jerusalem… I was referring to the time being 7 hours ahead of me there.

Hi, I’m a little confused. In Baltimore, MD I was up on the night of Tuesday, April 29 th (morning of Wednesday, April 30 th) @ somewhere around 5 am. I read on this website that the ‘sliver’ moon (New Moon) was observed on Wednesday @ 7:24 pm, yet it was only noon time – 7 hours ahead of me – NOT 14.5 hours ahead. Are you sure you didn’t mean Tuesday @ 7:24 pm, and not Wednesday?
