The New Moon was not sighted in Israel today. By default, the 30 day month will be concluded and the first day of the new month will begin at sunset on Monday, November 20th 2017.
If I get sighting reports by tomorrow, I will try to post an update!

IT was not sighted in Israel because of cloudy? No body went up to high mountain to sight?
